Publications from Power and Ritual

The publications of cycle Power and Ritual deals with social stagings in religion, politics, media, television and demimonde.

The work on my cycles evolves over the years through an interplay of free and commissioned works, book and exhibition projects. For me, vintage prints are rather a form of publication than an object, and the exhibitions are rather an extended form of publication. At the same time the magazine page with a photograph is more of an object. 

Photography is communication, documentation and object at the same time. The different forms of appearance change the perspectives and impressions of the respective photography and thus also allow for an expansion of the possibilities of perception. Furthermore, it also leads to different audiences, which is what I prefer.
